One Lakewood Place

Andrew Coleman is first vice president of CBRE and property owner advisor for One Lakewood Place,an ambitious mult-use project planned at the corner of Detroit and Belle Avenues. It is a development that is planned to incorporate 200 housing units, 60 townhomes, 10,000 sq. ft. of offices, 84,000 sq. ft. of retail, and additional spaces, such as conference and banquet facilities, boutique hotel, farmers' market, multi-level parking, and public spaces.
