Hosted by the Rotary Club of Lakewood & Rocky River, the Lakewood Chamber of Commerce, and Pillars of Lakewood. Includes: Greens fees for 18 holes plus cart, boxed lunch, dinner on the patio, contests and door prizes. Registration at 10:45 a.m. with 11:30 a.m. Shotgun Start. View Map.

Register and pay by credit card online.
- Registration fee is $125 per golfer.
- Select your Organization's Name from the dropdown.
- Enter a Golfer's Name and the name of the Foursome that the Golfer belongs to. Then click 'Add to Cart.' The Shopping Cart will appear.
- In the Shopping Cart, if you have more Golfers to register, select 'Continue Shopping.' You will be returned to the Registration Page to provide another Golfer's Name. Make sure to include an Organization Name and Foursome Name.
- When you are done registering golfers, select 'Checkout' or 'Checkout with PayPal.'
